If this is a new installation, even if everything is working just fine it can take a few seconds for your cam to 'register' on all our servers! (but more than say 2 minutes is definitely a problem) If your cam is not always 'childsafe' then the port will have changed to 2048. If you have a firewall make sure that your cam port 2047 is accessible for the internet.
